Squatter removal coordination
I act as the owner’s representative to coordinate getting unauthorized occupants removed. I document the situation, prepare and file complaints with the proper legal authorities, meet on site and post any required notices. I do not physically remove occupants myself; removal is carried out by the proper authorities.
Condition documentation
A dated, photo-documented record of the property’s condition, damage and occupancy for owners and their attorneys.
