Who is a construction draw inspection for?

When money is released in stages, someone has to confirm that each stage is actually finished. Lenders do not want to fund work that has not happened, and owners do not want to pay a contractor ahead of progress. A draw inspection gives both sides an independent, documented answer.

It is commonly used on new builds, additions, large renovations and investment rehabs. Private lenders and real estate investors, in particular, often lack time to visit every site themselves and value a trusted set of eyes on the ground.
